Helen Cohen is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist and practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT).
Helen’s interests focus around women’s health. She loves working with women to achieve optimum reproductive health, working to improve fertility, and helping women achieve happier, healthier pregnancies and postpartum.
After graduating from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and treatment of specific pathologies, Helen went on to study under Carole Osborne to learn Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum massage techniques. She loves supporting women through the incredible journey that is pregnancy. Helen also studied under fertility massage expert Claire Marie Miller to become a Fertility Massage Specialist. Additionally, in order to further her knowledge of working with a broad spectrum of reproductive disorders, digestive disorders, and fertility struggles, Helen trained to become a Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, a form of time-tested bodywork that restores abdominal and pelvic health, and supports the reproductive and digestive systems.
Aside from her work as a Massage Therapist and ATMAT practitioner, Helen is trained in Western and traditional North Eastern Native American Herbalism, and loves wildcrafting and working with native plants to help achieve wellness.
